<h2 data-start="121" data-end="193" id="isPasted">Offline Data Storage and Operation (for WS6210 &amp; GW3000 Gateways)</h2>Both the Ecowitt WS6210 and GW3000 gateways are equipped with an SD card slot that allows for local data storage. This ensures continuous operation and data recording even when there is no active network connection (4G or Wi-Fi).<h3 data-start="434" data-end="465" id="1-time-synchronization">1. Time Synchronization</h3>When the network connection is lost, the device will continue to operate based on the&#xA0;last synchronized time before disconnection. The internal clock will keep running, but the time will not automatically update until the network connection is restored and the device can synchronize with the time server again.<h3 data-start="789" data-end="826" id="2-data-recording-and-storage">2. Data Recording and Storage</h3>Both WS6210 and GW3000 will continue to record data locally on the SD card during offline periods.<ul data-start="932" data-end="1222"><li data-start="932" data-end="1025">The data will remain safely stored on the SD card and can be accessed manually if needed.</li><li data-start="1026" data-end="1140">For WS6210, even without solar power, the internal power supply can support up to 14 days of data storage.</li><li data-start="1141" data-end="1222">The GW3000 will also keep recording data locally as long as power is available.</li></ul><h3 data-start="1224" data-end="1252" id="3-cloud-data-upload">3. Cloud Data Upload</h3>Data collected during the offline period will not be uploaded to the Ecowitt Cloud, even after the network connection is restored. Once the device reconnects to the internet, new data will continue to be uploaded automatically, but historical data stored on the SD card will not be re-uploaded unless manually retrieved and processed.
