WS69 Disassembly procedure

Step 1  Loosen the battery door screw then remove the battery door.

Step 2   Loosen the two screws in the rear cover and rain barrel parts.

Step 3   Loosen the seven screws on the back cover.

Step 4   Remove Rain Barrel.

Step 5   Remove the back cover. 

Step 6   Loosen the four screws on the main board.

Step 7   Remove the PCBA, dry the PCBA with an air duct, and then cover the electronic parts with high-temperature wax.       

Step 8   Install the PCBA, lock the four screws, and wax at high temperature as shown in the picture below.

Step 9    Close the back cover and lock all the screws on the back cover, see Step1-3

Step10   Loosen the wind speed and direction screws and remove the main

body，Do not lose the nut on the other end of the screw.

Step11  Loosen the screw of the wind direction, and then unscrew the main body of the wind direction in the direction of the arrow.    

Step12   Loosen the 2 air vane screws and cover the bottom of the 2-sided

element and socket with high temperature wax.

Step13    If you accidentally pull out the wind speed and direction 4-PIN wire,

please insert the mark back, and the corresponding socket J1 with black mark on the wire.

Step14     Final reverse assembly，Install the wind speed and wind direction

plate, lock back 2 screws, then screw back the wind speed and wind direction

body and lock back the screws, and finally install the wind speed and wind

direction part back to the main body of the machine.
