Temperature and Humidity shows "--"Updated 3 months ago

The outdoor data displayed on the console (temperature/humidity/Feels Like/Dew Point) is showing as "--°" ,while other data is displaying normally.    

It's possible that the temperature and humidity sensor module is malfunctioning. Please confirm the issue by following these steps to operate the outdoor sensor array:

1. Unscrew the screws at the bottom of the radiation shield and open it, then remove the module, check if there are any other data. If not, press the reset button (the transmitter manual describes the location of the reset button). If other data are normal,plug in the module again. If it still displays --°, it means the module is broken.

2. Please take a photo of the sensor module and send it to us, if your warranty is avaliable.
