A: This issue is likely due to a malfunctioning temperature and humidity sensor module. To confirm and troubleshoot the problem, please follow the steps below:
Open the outdoor sensor array:
Unscrew the screws at the bottom of the radiation shield and open the housing. Carefully remove the temperature and humidity sensor module.Check for other sensor data:
Observe whether other sensor data (e.g., wind, rain, UV/light) are displaying normally on the console.If all outdoor data is missing, press the reset button on the outdoor sensor (refer to the transmitter manual for its location).
If only temperature and humidity are missing, try unplugging and replugging the sensor module.
Note for some users:
