You can change your account email address yourself. Please follow the instructions below:

1. This can only be managed on the Ecowitt app; making this change on the website login is impossible.
2. Tap on “menu” – “your icon image tapped” to open the user profile page. Go to the “account management” subpage. Move to “Modify Email.” You can change your email address.
3. If your station is no longer used, you can even delete your account here.
4. Clear Cache: When the dashboard is not loaded properly, you can have this cache cleared, and it usually helps fix the problem.
