Feels like value is defined by wind chill temperature and heat index for cold(below 40F/4.4C and wind speed larger than 5mph/8kmh), and hot conditions(temperature is over 80F/27C and humidity is 40% above), so when outside the above-defined conditions, the feels like are same as the current outdoor temperature. 

Feels Like measurement range: -40°F ~ 140°F (-40°C ~ 60°C).

When the outdoor temperature is less than 50°F (10°C), the value of Feels Like is wind chill.

When the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to 50°F(10°C) and less than or equal to 80°F (26.7°C), the value of Feels Like is the outdoor temperature.

When the outdoor temperature is greater than 80°F (26.7°C), the value of Feels Like is the heat index.

Users can choose whether to display Feels Like Temperature or Apparent Temperature on the App: Open Ecowitt App → "Menu" → "Settings" → "Temp Index"→"Feels Like Temperature or Apparent Temperature".
